General Provisions and Consent

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the 93ok platform ("Site") and all services provided through it. The site is operated by 93ok ("we", "our", or "the Company"). By accessing the site, registering, or using any service, you ("Member" or "User") are considered to have given your full consent to these Terms.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the 93ok site. These Terms may be available in both Bengali and English; in the event of any dispute or ambiguity, the Bengali version shall prevail.

Eligibility and Registration

To use 93ok's services, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You must be a legal resident of Bangladesh.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding obligations.
• No account of yours on 93ok has previously been banned or closed.

2.1 Account Creation

Each person may create only one account. Multiple accounts are prohibited, and if discovered, all related accounts will be immediately suspended or closed and any earned bonuses may be cancelled.

2.2 Accuracy of Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration. Providing false or misleading information may result in account cancellation. 93ok may request additional documents for identity verification at any time.

2.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. Any unauthorized access to your account must be reported to the 93ok support team immediately.

Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

93ok supports transactions only through the following mobile banking channels: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.

3.1 Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (for each method).
• Deposits must be made only from a mobile banking account registered in your name.
• Deposits through third parties are strictly prohibited.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• Standard processing time for withdrawals: 10 to 45 minutes.
• Withdrawals must be made using the same method through which the deposit was made.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be completed before withdrawing.

3.3 Transaction Verification

To ensure proper security, 93ok may carry out additional verification for large withdrawals or unusual transactions. Member cooperation is required in such cases.

Bonuses and Promotions

93ok offers various bonuses and promotional offers to its members. Each bonus has its own terms and conditions, which are clearly stated on the site.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. Or depositing ৳32,000 earns a maximum bonus of ৳15,000, giving a total balance of ৳47,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount (on the bonus amount only, not on the sum of the deposit and bonus). Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = ৳10,000 must be wagered before withdrawing winnings from the bonus.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

If a bonus is abused or manipulated, 93ok reserves the right to cancel the bonus and suspend the relevant account. Claiming bonuses from multiple accounts and abusing bonuses through any systematic betting strategy are strictly prohibited.

Betting and Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activities on 93ok are conducted fairly and transparently. Each game and sports betting section has its own rules, which are displayed in the relevant section.

5.1 Sports Betting

Betting is available on various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled, unless 93ok decides to do so due to an applicable technical error or unforeseen event.

5.2 Fraud and Manipulation Prohibited

Any form of fraud, manipulation, use of bots, or playing games through automated software is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be immediately closed and all winnings may be declared void.

5.3 Technical Errors

If incorrect results are displayed due to a software or hardware error, 93ok reserves the right to cancel or correct that transaction. 93ok is not liable for losses caused by technical issues.

VIP Program and Rewards

The 93ok VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Weekly cashback benefits are provided at each tier.

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Gold: up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: up to 0.8% weekly cashback.

VIP tier progression depends on the member's activity and engagement with the platform. 93ok reserves the right to change the terms of the VIP program.

Account Suspension and Closure

93ok may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• Providing false, incomplete, or fraudulent information.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Abusing bonuses or promotions.
• Engaging in fraud or any dishonest activity.
• Failure to meet eligibility requirements (age or residency).

7.1 Account Closure by the Member

Other Provisions

13.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Responsible Gaming Policy together constitute the entire agreement between you and 93ok and supersede any prior oral or written understandings.

13.2 Severability

If any clause of these Terms is found to be legally invalid or unenforceable, the remaining Terms will remain fully in effect.

13.3 Waiver

If 93ok does not enforce any term at a particular time, this will not be considered evidence of waiver of that term.
